🚚 Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2-7 business days

  • Shipping Carriers: Canada Post, UPS, FedEx

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

🇺🇸 Shipping to the United States

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5-10 business days

  • Shipping Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

💸 Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders shipped to the USA may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by US Customs.

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

  • ADk Tools is not responsible for any delays or fees caused by customs clearance.

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship to Canada and the United States.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses at this time.
